When it comes to learning and development, the goal of our workshops and assessments is to help each client reach their goals and full potential. One size does not fit all. So while I have a number of existing programs to leverage, I don’t offer pre-determined, cookie-cutter training programs. Instead, I partner with you to create the best plan based on your learning and business goals to ensure we address the core area you need to develop. See our newest program, People & Performance Conversations, PPC, which can be adapted to address your needs for better conversations to deliver better results.

Change happens through conversation. First, I ask to hear about your challenges, what you think you need, and what you’ve already tried. From there, I tap into my toolkit to assemble a simple, human approach to meet your learning and development goals. The L&D programs are aligned to address the challenge you’re trying to solve.

WORKSHOPS

I bring significant experience in blending real-life learning with virtual learning maximizing each participant’s time and experience during our workshops, in addition to creating tools and offering follow-up coaching to ensure the participants excel beyond the workshop experience. 

Workshops often take a group-coaching approach, where the common goal of the group is the content and skills they are there to learn and develop. This is different from team coaching where the common goal is the business results the intact team is expected to achieve.

Together we can decide if your program is a half, full, or multi-day experiential workshop form. Workshops are fully maximized when individual coaching support is included in the lead up and/or follow up. 

Assessments

Where it helps achieve the client’s goals, assessments can be valuable to increase awareness and understanding of individuals and teams. Assessments can be used within any of our service offerings as needed, including workshops.
