Team Coaching


Team coaching is unique in its approach as it works at three levels simultaneously: the organization, the individuals that make up the team, and the team itself. Most team coaching work focuses on improving business results, team effectiveness and overall performance, as defined by the leader and the team, while facilitated by the coach. 

All of our work can be done virtually, in person, or a blend. 

Team Coaching gets results times three – business, team, and individual – for triple the impact.

To get here, I coach the team as a whole, and may also coach individual team members throughout the process. The team owns the outcome, not the coach. It is the team who needs to live up to and live out the vision. I serve as the coach who helps them see it and get there.   

Team Coaching is performed in a variety of ways. I work within the approach that feels like the right fit for your team and organization based on where you are. We’ll decide together whether we are the coach for the team and individuals or part of a team of coaches working within a network who are coaching individuals on the team. 

If your needs are specific to one person outside of the context of their team, individual coaching may be more relevant for you. I also offer group coaching through our learning and development workshops where employees step out of their day-to-day work and focus on a common goal, such as improving leadership, within a group setting.
